I do not hope that I, in my story, have given the impression that every Muslim is like that, if so I will try really hard next time to be better in English grammar and in explanation.

I was replying to Rockstar, not you. I didn't think you were proposing what he does. I just didn't see how his portraying an entire religion based on the words of one jackass is valid or useful.

That being said, there is a problem with Islam, and there is a problem with the Muslim immigrants who insist that their adopted countries bend to them, and not the other way around.

But this mindset that everyone else has to respect someone's beliefs, and must make special dispensations when "necessary" is by no means limited to Muslims or Islam. Orthodox Jewish men who refuse to sit next to women on public transport, faith-healing Christians who let their kids die rather than provide care that actually does something, or the Amish who demand (and are given) the right to keep their kids ignorant of the world by only schooling them to the 8th grade - they all come to mind.
