Just downloaded this, and I loved it back then, and I know I will like it now. But I have a few issues. Note, I did read the help button but I want your opinion.
First, what I have running: GWX3 OLC MK2 GOLD Draggable chrono for OLC GOLD Pascal port people das boot clothes now when I first installed this, and played my game, no problem, I did not adjust anything or check anything off in the SH3 com screen, but I figured that was boring, so I made a few changes: Wave height to seasonal crew transfers in/out gramophone shuffle that was it. when I went back to play it, the sky was weird, it was daytime, my boat and crew lit up like normal daytime standards but the sky was not blue, it was like night time with stars showing and such...real weird! I chalked this up to me turning on the SH3 mods in patrol, I uninstall and reinstall, the problem is fixed. My question: When can I safely change mods around? Can I do this in port? or never once a career starts? Also, if the sky issue happens again, is there a better way to fix this outside of uninstalling? thank you.

Don't make any changes within SH3 commander mid patrol. You can do it before a patrol, or after a patrol, as long as your U-boat is docked at it's home port when you make the changes.
You shouldn't have the sky issue again as long as you avoid making changes to SH3 Commander mid patrol. "shouldn't" being the operative word EDIT: if you plan on using JSGME to install mods (or installing mods by any method really)... make sure you utilize the "roll back" feature in SH3 Commander before doing so. this will remove any of the small changes SH3 Commander made and prevent problems and crashes.

I can't add anything to that advice except for this: Set Commander to 'Auto-Rollback'. The only time you ever need to NOT roll Commander back is if you are creating a new mod and need to test a lot. If not 'Auto-Rollback' will let you never have to worry about whether you remembered to roll back or not.

thanks for the input guys, i figured it. I think OLC environment is the issue. It seems when I play with wave height, fatigue screen, the sky thing occurs, as soon as i take off my mods (through JSGME) and reinstall the sky is ok again. I think because of all the detail in OLC, there is a conflict. I am no programmer, but trough experimenting, OLC is the only culprit. So if I just now play with that screen, i am ok, the gramaphone screen is ok to change around. Thanks!
