Surprised they haven't put it on routes around Westminster, wouldn't have far to go to refuel...

Considering that it's only been within the last couple of decades that the UK has introduced tanks underneath carriages to collect the byproducts of passengers visiting the toilet and up until this point (and in many cases past it since old stock is still running in quite a few places) the waste products were flushed out directly onto the track (hence why there are signs in the toilets asking you not to flush when in a station) then well...it could only be an advancement.
