Half Realistic TDC??

Is there any resemblance of a mod that brings up "Half Realism TDC" from SHIII?? The one where you were using the TDC realistically, but you could ask your weps officer for distances, speeds, and what not??

I am not very comfortable with coming back to this game using full realism yet but I do not want to be using the arcadey "lock and shoot" method.
