I expect there is only one person who can really answer that question.

The problem that I see is that his mod does not just deal with the speed issues but also makes changes to the Sonar and also incorporates his mod Webster's Ship Draft Fix.

Some of his mods are compatible with TMO and RFB etc

This particular mod is for stock and his GFO mod so it may mess with your existing mod set up.

I would suggest you PM Webster.

hard to say for certain but it should be ok if loaded last

there will be some new ships added by tmo or rsrdc that wont get the maneuvering fix because it only covers the stock ships for the game but other then that just try it and keep an eye for things not working correctly.

there wont be any CTD issues or anything but it "might" interfere with some changes made by other mods but offhand I cant think of any reason it should.
