Back from a long Hiatus with mod questions

Hi all,

I am back for another go with SHIII.

Is the RUB mod and the RealWorld mod compatible with each other?

I guess I would also like to know if the course solver and bearings mods are also compatible.

Right now I just have 1.4b, the latest RUB and the commander mods loaded.

I've also heard about a harbor traffic mod, but I didn't see anythign with this name on the subsim site.
