Default CTD Certain Dates at the stroke of Midnight

I need some help gents diagnosing a problem. On certain dates, two so far March 31 1940 and April 14 1940, I always get CTD every time at midnight. Or more exactly like 5 seconds to midnight at 23:59.

I've searched and found one other similar thread. Similar issue different faulting module.
