I hope he comes out ok but given the description of the accident I doubt that he'll be totally unscathed.

Get well, Michael! Him and Berger were my favorites. I liked Nigel Mansell too, even though he was an a-hole.

He woke up and is out of intensive care.
Not much else is currently known though but it's a start.

; he's having a better day than Natasha Richardson and Sonny Bono...Two of my closest friends suffered similar massive head injuries-one from a high-speed motorcycle shunt and one from a horrific kick to the head in a Rugby game maul. It takes quite a while but they're doing good now. Brain injuries are still uncharted territory but the technology is evolving.

Did you know it?

That is Mick Schumacher, 15 year old son of Michael Schumacher. Obviously he has stepped into the footprints of his father. He led the German kart championship until final race of the season - and here got overtaken at the end, loosing the championship by that event and made it second place for the season.

Boy, time is fleeting...
