sergbuto - can one add flags to a new country like Chile?

i want to add several new countries. i made tgas for their flags but of course they don't show up in the game. if any one would know about this, it would be you.

hay mods para agregar banderas, pero de sudamerica solo agrega la de Argentina (que esta incompleta).
ademas.... no se usan TGAs para las banderas (en el mod no encontre ningun tga) sino quer .dat s enormes.

sadly the person in my family who could have translated that is no longer living...
