Technology keeps growing and changing. I think this is very cool.

With the reported increase in structural strength, this could be a great way of building more earthquake resiliant developments.

If it can only make a home tornado and hurricane proof, that would be a great advancement in home construction.

That would end up with no windows, one small and very strong door, walls 3' thick and a flat roof. So, not so much a house, more of a concrete bunker...

Also, while you're at it, fit search lights and sealable gun ports to deter looters.

Yeah BBY! One room for Spam; the other for Hamm's- Instant DOOMSDAY Prepper! Transplanted Minnesota style...A double adobe(class A) Spanish roof would look good though...gotta keep up that ol' Californiano grandee motif to set off the barbed wire perimeter!

Would a small white picket fence help disguise the anti-personnel mines in the rose beds?

Better!: old sharpened bamboo in an 18" hole, pre-dipped in doggie doo-doo; old Charlie VC trick with less racket. 10 penny nails will suffice if bamboo from your custom torch-lit Tiki bar(Mai-tai's) out back is in short supply.
