If you've never tried curry before I'd suggest you buy a tin of say, beef or chicken madras to see if it is to your liking. Served on a bed of long grain rice and a side dish of chips....very nice indeed.

We do curry here. The D-I-L is from Yorkshire and brought over some interesting dishes. I especially like mushy peas
