NewUIs with TDC version 7.4.2 Questions

I wanted to post this also here, since there is more a flow of traffic. Anyways, first question, when I click on Journal name that I created in game from the main menu, the game freezes. Is this something I am not suppose to do with journal, access from game? I updated the journal.exe and still same problem.

Second question, I wanted to update my NewUIs with TDC to version 7.4.2. It seems to work fine after mods loaded and start game. When I click "E" to open ship recognition manual I am not able to click on manual to open it. The other GUI comes up, I can click it and move it around. I am also able to move recognition manual around to but not able to open it. Also when maps come up from "E" they are extremely huge.

Well If there isn't much I can do I will stick with 6.9.0

As a complete noob I would like to ask few question about this mod.
1. Is there any way to relocate executive officer dialog window in the periscope view? It's big and in the middle of periscope so I don't see much when it's open. 2. I still have problems with stadimeter. It is showing incorrect values. In the first campaing mission I was showing me range to the polish ship as 480-500 m. But when I checked that in a navigation map it was around 700 m. Or maybe such errors are normal?
3. How to use ships reference book(this under 'E' key not this normal mode in a XO dialog). When I hit send the mast height to the TDC I still can't use stadimeter because I didn't identify the ship. So whats the point of using this book?
4. And last one, at least for now I know what is angle on bow, bearing etc, but what is track angle?

Welcome on your first post. Did you read Multiple UIs for TDC documentation first? Then thanks for trying at least.

For now, we can use this forum. In the future, it is best if you go to the SH5 mods forum workshop and talk about mods.
Mentioning NewUIs with TDC version 7.4.2, would be even better posting in the Multiple UIs for TDC thread in the SH5 mods workshop forum.

Link at bottom of post one to use the options file viewer. Changing XO settings in options file viewer, allows you to have dialog window draggable to another location.

Ok, sorry, next time i will write in a correct place. Yes I've read documentation, at least I tried I have edited line: XOTDCDialogDraggable = True in the useroptions file. But what now? Nothing happened. I still don't know how to re-position dialog box

I don't know what is generic patcher(and I use steam version ). I have this mods installed:

Today I will try again. Maybe I made somewhere a mistake and that's why i had wrong distance. Also I remember that I've read somewhere in documentations perhaps that if there will be some problems with stadimeter or mast heights than the game should be run as an administrator. Unfortunetley I can't do that. I have steam version and when I click on a shortcut or SH5 executable file I don't have "run as an administrator" option

TDW says NOT to edit file manually, but maybe it will work if you saved it properly, and disabled mod, then renabled mod after. Move your mouse cursor near the XO dialog box. A orange "X" appears in my case. Hold and depress cursor and drag and drop X to where you want the dialog box to follow.

Per http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=181433 instructions it is not available per steam. You can still buy SH5 cheap by DVD or download non-steam version. Fixed many game bugs. Check out Amazon banner in upper right corner of forums if still there.
