Default Be more aggressive

Happy new year all

Since I am having to manually input all my mods due to pc issues with sh3 ,I was wondering if someone more clued in than I could tell me how to add messages to the message received screen and to get rid of the "be more aggressive" message.
I have used WBs messages in the past but cannot get them to work by manual input so I guess I am placing them in the wrong location....if indeed they are the ones I should be using in the first place

Thanks in advance !!!!!
