Looks like the A-Scope to me, nothing unusual there. Some more details on date and equipment installed might help.

Aren't there supposed to be range tickmarks? And shouldn't the squiggly line not take up a third of the scope? This is from late 1942 with the first ground search radar the game gives you. I uninstalled TMO and installed RFB and the a-scope looks normal.

Sounds like a mod compatibility issue. Are you sure you have the correct RSRD for the version of TMO your running?
