Should women be allowed to go topless in America the same as men?

Watched a lil news of Asheville NC where women were fighting for topless rights, been going on for years, but legislation was enacted making it illegal, so if they do it at the next topless rally, they can be arrested.

Obvious, many nations have no problem with it.

If a woman go topless on a street somewhere in Sweden. She will get arrested for indecent exposure

We have some areas of beaches where people can go nude.

I don't really know what's the law in this country.
All beaches and resorts have topless allowed, only private busineses near beaches have a dress code, but no topless is also for male patrons.
Sometimes some people go full nudity on a non FKK beach and nobody cares.

If there's a law against it, no one seems to enforce it

Depends if they're hot or not. I didn't know the Bible belt was into that kinda stuff. Seems kinda sinfull to me.

I'd say no, because the number of traffic accidents due to distraction would go up.

Judging from what I see when I go to the beach, NOONE should be allowed to go about topless.

We have our sin pockets, many in the bible belt consider Asheville one of them.

If you study it, it was religion that actually made women a sex object, then made it a sin to view them as a sex object.

I think it's unfair, women should be able to go topless as men do, but I understand the female breast is seen as a sexual body part. Just a fact a woman goes topless during her morning jog, traffic issues will arise.
