I can report that Charlotte Motor Speedway allows women in the mens room. I've seen dozens of women waiting to get to a toilet, cuz women's head line is 5 times longer. The men's room has a long trough in the center so guys can use both sides, much faster and some damn good fights cuz guys piz on each other. I've seen women just spread eagle over the trough to the cheers.

At the race, if you have to take a crap, you don't say the normal "Gonna go take a chit" You say "I'm going skidding", cuz due to the wait, you're gonna have some skid marks on your whities before you get a seat.

The hard part is getting a crapper to sit on, sort of a separate room next to the trough. The closer you get to the row of crappers, the tougher it gets and even harder to find a crapper not full to the rim and safer to skate on the pizz on the floor like ice, you don't wanna fall.

The last race I went, some poor good looking gal, city girl from Greensboro, was in front of me. She was like "Oh, my God" said many things about the nastiness of men. She was already "puckered up" so she had to go.{Puckered Up - southern slang when you have to hold the crap in with your anus muscles and walk like a duck} Aw, c'mon, you've done it. When she finally got near the front, she was in tears to see a row of exposed crappers running over, beer cans, pizz dripping from the ceiling. Got to realize most them boys in there been drinking since 8am and eating footlong racedogs and nachos all day. Poor girl was making vomit sounds "errrup errrup" , but boldly did her thing, cussing all watching her. Funny, she wasn't smart enough to collect a few napkins before she entered, cuz you ain't findn no wiping papers in there, most rolls end up in the urinals by 9am. I think the term "chit out of luck" spawned from the CMS men's room. I did give her one, but I don't think it was enough, most guys use their race socks, another reason "the chitter was full". I have no doubt she lost her salvation right their on the head at CMS " GD, this, GD that" Wait until God's playing back her life movie at the last judgment, but I guess she's been to hell before.

Jes saying, Charlotte Speedway in NC was dealing with this 20 years ago. Any females welcome to come on in.

I can't wait until a girl slides on a pizzed on toilet seat in Cali, her belief in equal rights may change when she has to pizz skate to the head.

Information concerning illicit activity in restroom at the grade school level will not be offered. Minors involved. If you truly believe there has been absolutely nothing to report I wouldn't accept that belief. Back in the 80's when I attended grade school there was illicit activity in the segregated restrooms. It was not reported to the local papers.

So your supporting evidence is that it happens in segregated facilities.

Talking circles Tribesman. The cases I experienced in grade school went unreported. Minors involved and not out there for public consumption or record. Evidence will not be found on the internet or otherwise. Not because incidents have not happened. If you really believe each and every child has been or will be an angel in the segregated or integrated restrooms I can only state you are naive in this instance. I do not consider you naive.

It will be up to the courts to determine whether the phrase "use facilities consistent with his or her gender identity" would include restrooms and locker rooms. There has already been a case raised on this that was overturned due to a writ of demurrment.

I am sure there will be others. And there should be.

In reading the bill, it seems clear that the intent is to allow transgender students to have access to all the athletic facilities equipment and facilities in order to allow them to fully participate in the athletic programs.

Access to specific restrooms and locker rooms is not a required part of participation in athletic programs.

I am sure the courts will straighten this out.

Whether transgender people can choose which restroom/locker room to use is an important question. But I feel it falls outside of this specific legislation.

I just don't see mixing restrooms, you may make TG's happy, but someone will get pizzed. I think it will include those before puberty, just makes me think wth some people are thinking. If you got male body parts, use the male toilet. If people in Cali are this liberal, let him leave the union.
