Default SH3 Commander start out at sea setting works for first patrol but not second patrol

Hi any idea why when I start a campaign with SH3 Commander with start out in sea patrol works when starting first patrol but not after that. Am I suppose to exit out of game first after each patrol then use SH3 Commander to start next patrol? Tried Rollback, no difference my first patrol starts out at sea but not the next patrol. My No Fatigue setting seems to stay working on the 2nd patrol though. Any info appreciated. Thanks!

Set Commander for Auto-Rollback. That should solve the problem.

Thanks for replys, been trying that, unfortunately 1 st mission in carrier starts out in sea = good but 2nd mission starts back in port, hmmm odd why it works for 1st mission. Well I did fresh install same results. Tried fresh install this time with GWX 3 Gold and GWX SH3 Commander Files and seems to be working correctly. I have a older laptop if GWX 3 Gold turns out o be too much for my laptop to handle I will have to investigate problem further. Thanks again for replys!
