Can I run the game with the sobers mods

Before i start i want list my computer specs :
Ati Radeon HD 4650 256 mb vr
4 gb memory
Intel core I3 Cpu 540 3.07Ghz
Windows 7 64 bit

I have the game on steam and I can run it stock pretty well (with graphics at medium-low i think) so i was thinking to donor like 5 dollars to get all the sobers mega mod and install the mod because i have also sh4 and sh3 and i think they are better than sh5 stock but i like the graphic of this game,it is only that i cant just play with sh3 graphics in 2013 xD

Anyway i read in the topic that my computer wont run the game with all the mods so there is a list without all the powerful graphics mods that i can use ? I want just the mod that adjust the campaign and make the game a real silent hunter like RSRS and TMO for Sh4.

Why do you think he needs OHII Light?.. I see only a weak graphics card.. I think OHII doesn't affect graphic.. though, who can know in advance

I have the game running with sober mod list on a similar system exept I have 16GB RAM
I'm still using the god old antilag (find it in the download section) to limit FPS and render ahead frames.

With a reduced sober's modlist (some of the gfx mod taken away) I have a second installation on my mid 2012 macbook air with a Intel HD5000 grapics card without having a CTD after finding my reduced modsoup.

So guys i have downloaded all the mods from sobers mega pack can someone make me a list to enable on jsme with the mods that i can run. Anyway the only problem is the gpu that is bad the cpu and the ram are not so bad.

I'am afraid you'll have to test by yourself wich mod your machine can handle
