The scaredy cat Austrians are running away from the DMZ in Golan.

Apparently the "just a couple of lost wounded rebels there" who are causing traffic delays while waiting for an A&E dept to chase up their health insurance coverage are somehow contributing to making the position too hazardous for the troops to look at.
