No. There's no master file.
Campaign SB v0.1.7z isn't related to the other files.

I always remember Split Archives having a 'lead' file before the .001 files.

NVM, ignore me SSB is better informed.

You just have to hover the mouse on different places and it will highlight. There is also a tooltip showing if you keep the mouse on a highlight, like on your screenshot.
Try to mouse over the parked car in top left, the e-boat cabin, the workers unloading the truck, one of the flak guns on the e-boat and maybe some other places I don't remember.

Yes looks good. It works same as old SH3 menu, just different visual.

Edit. Can't seem to download the files. I allready tried like 10 times, but each time (when it's almost finished downloading) I get an network error, which cancels my download...?

As far as I'm aware it is a Chrome problem...try IE.
