what are those big black dots that move across the mo bo. Im assuming they are bearing plots. Also the backround music,is it
specifically composed for sh4 or a known classical work

Probably sightings of units around you. If they are moving fast, then look up in the sky. And pray he plays nice to you.

Are you talking about the SH4 charts or the MoBo utility program?

i have a mo bo overlay on the nav map but do not have mo bo itself.

Since I've never used MoBo, I can't really answer your questions. You might have more luck getting help in the MoBo section of the forum.
