Default Time acceleration affects crew fatigue...?

When I´m, for example, as in my current situation, chasing a lonely C2 from behind, overtaking it and flanking it before diveing, and I accelerate the time to 32x to avoid long and somewhat boring flanking maneuver. After doing this for some time, I see that my crews fatigue/morale has dropped to very low... If I don´t use the time accelerating then it keeps quite normal. This doesn´t occur in navigation map mode... What to do?

in the stock game crew fatigue occurs up to TC x32, in the map room you can cruise above TCx32 and therefore Fatigue drain does not occur. If you are using SH3Cmndr, you can set the time compression limit for crew fatigue based on the 3D render value.
