GWX 3.0 will not install

Hi all, any help would be most welcome! Yesterday i tried installing my old version of sh3 but could not get it to run. so i uninstalled it and bought sh3 from Steam...good news the game works so i decided to install GWX 3.0..bad news it says it cant install because it needs a clean sh3 to work on...thing is ive not got any mods on it so have no idea what to get rid of! any ideas?

Browse to where steam installed the SH3 .exe
There's a window for that when installing GWX 3.

Thanks for all your help its now working! Is there any other "must have" MOD that i can add to GWX3.0?
