Tricky topic. No, I'm not going to do that ;-)
However, as I remember, in SH3, the problem is that it is not possible to create two opposite groups of controllable units in one mission (I mean two opposite units). There are kind of mods giving the possibillity to controll the surface units but there is no sub in that situation. As I notice, in SH5 there is possibility for two oppossite sides human controllable. In multi missions. In other words, in SH3 the game looks like human sub versus all other the world. In SH5 it looks quite differrent. Does it give us the possibility to create the human controllable DD and not removing the sub ? |

From what I know of, there is more development working towards more submarines let alone building the interior of a destroyer, but indeed, that would be cool, I would be happy with just a Bridge section, as a start, but I know for sure that there are no current mods for SH5 that allow you to control anything but the VII submarine.
Having a playable destroyer would be awesome and a lot of fun. ![]() |
