How to remove damage indicator?

Hello, I have in options set 100 % realism, but I have still this damage indicator above the ships. Can someone help me, how to remove this indicator?

I don't think it's possible unless one of TDW's mods will do it.

Try to play with the file settings - data/Cfg/HPBar.cfg

New UIs TDC by TDW get rid of those damage lines

I have nothing to do with those. That is an option in the game's options.

This game option controls it:

You have to remember that there are two game options screens. One for single missions and one for campaign. To see the one (which is exactly the same) for campaign: when you are in the bunker press Escape select game options.
