I am running GWX 3 and SH 3 Cmdr. I can access all the functions of Cmdr except for my personel file.
When I go to the personel file for me I get a small box in the middle of the screen that says: "Invalid argument to date encode". All other functions work as far as reports and crew management. Any idea how to get this right or past it? Thanks ![]()

I am sorry to say that the same had happened to me once or twice.
In every case the career was corrupt and I had to ditch it. Other than that , I don't know. |

That is the normal remedy for problems with the game.
I will wait for awhile to see if there is another way. Thanks!

Strict rule: always create a save game before returning to base!
When encountering the "Invalid argument to date encode" problem just load the last save game before docking, hit Escape, click on Exit Patrol and Dock at <port>. Finally, escape SH3 as usual and try to open your Personnel File in Cmdr again. If it still doesn't work (it'll 99% surely), I will drink up the Atlantic. ![]() |
