size/resolution/quality of the crew MEDALS

I'm using the Aces Uniform Mod (Mk. 2), but the medals (all of them) that the crew are wearing are not so nice to look at.
Would like to know:
1) if the mod is not istalled properly, i.e. you have beautiful medals even with Aces or Pascal uniform mods;
2) if there is a way to boost the quality of the medals, so that they will not look so "pixelated".

I've tried, but I couldn't figure out how to read the cfg file. Check in the Crew\Body folder.
