Default TDW GUI. Aob reseting issue fix

Fixed a problem of aob changing after using the stadimeter with the TDW GUI.
(When turning the periscope, and using the stadimeter, aob resets to the last aob value sent to tdc).

Aob should not change anymore after using the stadimeter, with TDC autoupdate ON or OFF.

Yes yes, that exact problem. The fix is to mantain the exact value, not partially.

I save the aob value when the player start using the stadimeter, after that, the aob gets changed. I turn off the tdc autoupdate, put back the correct saved aob value and turn the tdc autoupdate on. And thats it, the stadimeter have nothing to do with AOB dial.
To see exaclty what is coded, i added comments '#NB' to the script.

I didn't test your fix, but going by the neat method you have describded, I would say brilliant work!

Talking about it, do you think the same changes are goin to work for vanilla game, or for other UIs than TDW's New UIs?

To the author of the gui tdw,

I don't know exactly how the tdc behaves. I think values can be kept this way without the use of the red buttons. I mean using the dial and just that without any more extra steps.
