sitting here cruising west of Scapa Flow with Spongebob on the tele when it occurred to me that it might be fun to put an Easter egg on the ocean floor.
How involved would it be to put an underwater city in the game, and has anyone ever considered such a thing?

I once put Neu-Schwabenland in my personnal 'what if' install.
So things like Under water cities can be done.

And GWX has an underwater Easter Egg.
You just need to know where to find it.
