Conning Tower & Radio Destroyed

Hi guys

I am running GWX and when I use VIIB either in a single mission or career I get a conning tower that is destroyed. The same happens with the IXB boat but in that case the Radio antenna is destroyed.

No mods are incorporated and all other aspects of the game are running normally. The problem with the two boats exists in all years (1939-1945)

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Hi mate I actually did have this way back with the IXB, buggered if I can remember the cause. I'll try a search and if I tip anything up I'll report back.

I seem to recall something similar happening to me a long time ago. If I remember rightly, I tracked it down to an emblem file that I had created that had a character in the file name that was not a letter or number. Why this would cause this kind of problem I have no idea, but it was such a long time ago I can't be certain.

Thanks for that Nemo. I've changed the emblems and voila! Problem solved.
