Have you changes sound card maybe? Sound drivers? Same thing happened to me with SH5... after my on board sound chip died, I had to install new sound card.

@Red October
Here's how to fix it.... First you need Skwas excellent Silent 3ditor, you can grab it here; http://s3d.skwas.com/downloads.aspx Once that's installed, follow these instructions: Most Importantly back up your sh3.sdl file before anything else. It is found here: ubisoft/blah/data/sound 1 Click File -> Open 2 Browse to your sh3 install, ubisoft/blah/data/sound and click the sh3.sdl file 3 click Edit -> Find 4 In the 'Find what' box type, dd_engine.dieselex , then hit the find next tab...... voilla 5 Now you just change the volume to your liking, also you might want to change the doppler value. You can test the result by hitting the play button in the wave name tab. 6 Save the changes and bingo !!! Hope that helps ![]() Dang nearly forgot, HAPPY BIRTHDAY KALEUN ![]() ![]() ![]() |
