UK can decide which prisoners vote, says European Court

Prisoners shouldn't be allowed to vote at all, well unless they are Labour voters then I suppose the rule could be changed

I should imagine there are some in prison who are more honest than those in that large building darn sarf.

Only difference being...those in prison got caught.
