Manual TDC - what dots tio join??

Hi,
This is my present mod-list (and i play @ 85% realism (Auto TDC)

I've seen all the tutorials about "joining the dots" to get a Trig solution for your Torps (with and without auto TDC) - but i get no dots; i lock up a target, and all i get is a yellow line from the front of my sub - i fire and it hits!

Can someone explain what i'm doing wrong/setting i need to change or does a mod overright this?

As you are using TDWs UI - you need to switch this option on.
This can be done while the game is running.
When in map view - click on the map options (small round button in corner of map - looks like a target

) and the click the tick box to join the dots
