Given the historical and political context of "Forward", little shocked the man who has been hounded for years of being a radical socialist etc would allow such a term to be used.Surely, he and his staff are aware of it.Sure I will be accused of being a conspiracy nut here but believe he is well aware of it, as most committed followers are, I believe it is a bit of a shout out to his base.Whether this is a subtle shout out or not, depends on one's knowledge of what FORWARD means to said followers. Really is a sad country when we have a President openly use such a slogan in his campaign

It is a clever move, it means his opponents are obviously backward.

Well he wore a hat, Lenin wore a hat.
He was a buddy of Stalin, trotsky was a buddy of Stalin.
He was in the army, Engels was in the army
His memorial is in London, Marx has his memorial in London.
It is pretty conclusive.

the smallest one would have 1% painted on an extended middle finger.
When I'll be back home in the evening, I'll take a pic of my Adolf matryoshka - it also has a Lenin inside

I learn something new everyday, I really didn't know that old Engels was in the army - as a 1 percenter he certainly didn't have to go... This explains his interest in warfare.

Its real proof.
Engels was in the Prussian army, So was Bismark, he was known to say Vorwarts, Bismark introduced welfare to the state.
Otto von Bismark was a communist, I bet he wore a hat too.

This thread is mind boggling ridiculous. "Forward" means "communist"? News to me.

Further proof that brainwashed people will see what they want to see in anything, no matter how innocuous it is.

For Stealhead:

Hitler, Stalin, Saddam, Khrushchev and Lenin - all the cool guys in one doll . I got them from Moskow from a friend.
(though I am not sure if #3 and #4 are correct, but that's my best guess)

I was a good little capitalist went to the food store, and bought some stuff to support our local farmers, so how many torps were spent on May Day fun.

Man, I came up with a great slogan, in memory of the 90 million people that have died because of communism, if you pull the lever for other than Life, Liberty, and Equal Justice for ALL, you pull the trigger on us ALL. Of course you'll say oh but Rommnie is no better boo whoooo, and of course I'll retort with, we might as well break up the play and save our butts, because I really, really want to see Obama dragged out of the White House kicking and screaming.
