Smaller flags for TMO2.5?

I've been searching around and can't find a definitive mod for TMO that reduces the size of ship's flags. I'm not really interested in changing the sub's flag, more so the flags of merchants and warships. Anyone make this already?

i don't have any idea, but why, a bigger flag helps you identify ship in low visibility conditions

Exactly. It isn't realistic. Especially on warships.
