Default No Sound Aft AA gun on Gato...!

Is there supposed to be no gun firing sound on the Aft AA gun on the Gato class sub?

I'm not getting any sound at all when firing this weapon... Although the fore single barrel AA gun fires with sound.

I'm running TMO 2.5 and RSRDC.

Thanks

I have the same problem, with different boats too. But i notice that happens when you select AA ammunition, the sounds works with HE ammo.

Actually any AA gun that isn't a
40mm Bofors cannon has no sound at all even the .50 cals...????

How do I get the sounds back for these AA guns or do the Bofors Cannon sounds overwrite and omit the other AA guns sound file in TMO 2.5???

Hello everyone!

It causes the problem that TMO_Alt_engineSounds Sh.sdl in a supplement is absent from a file Particles.P02_$LGun_muzzle_flash entry!
You can correct it it Silent 3editor (S3D) with a program.

You are though you do not use the foresaid supplement!

So if I remove the TMO alt engine sounds ill get my small calibur AA gun sounds back?

Hello!

Yes,if you do not use that supplement then again the air-raid one with little calibre will be a sound to a cannon.

I don't use the Alt Engine mod and just realized I have no sound from the 20 mm AA gun. I do use TMO 2.5. Is the another cause for this? I don't know how to use S3D anyway. I'm pretty sure this doesn't happen in FOTRS so are their files I could use from that mod to replace in TMO?
