Small problem

It seems that whenever I try to start a new career the game goes back to its default settings, however I prefer the game with almost all reastic settings on, So how do I use a custom realism set up on career mode?

You have to set them in the Captain's 'office'.

When you start a new career, go into your office and click on the radio, at left, and configure the settings there. These will override the defaults.
