Default Weird graphic problem

I have irritating problem with SH3/GWX, with graphic .
Problem is rather strange, because it occurs only in campaign, in port before leaving for mission. Sometimes, when I start new mission, sky is completely black (it's not night), but everything else is normal. During that black is background in command room too. Sometimes sky is normal, but my crew is like army of ghosts - I can see only their binoculars, but bodies are invisible . In academy or single missions everything is OK. When it occurs I can fix it by pressing ALT+CTRL+Delete and next Cancel button in windows screen.

I've reinstalled SH3/GWX, checked my mods, checked graphic card options (with and without AA and AF, Catalyst AI switch on and off) and drivers etc, but with no result.

I use Windows 7 32bit, Athlon II X4 640, 4GB RAM and ATI Radeon 5750 (the newest Catalyst 12.1), SH3/GWX & SH3Commander + res fix for 1680x1050, with these mods:
GWX - No Medals on Crew
GWM - No Torpedo Icons
Bad Weather Fix V1.1 (Standard)
Carotios_OfficerIcons
Conus' Historically Accurate U-boat Emblems v1.3
OLC's Modified Searchlight Beams for GWX3
Sub Image mod
TheDarkWraith_Ship_Plane_Fire_Damage_v1_4_SH3
SH4StyleFlags_GWX
Torpedo damage Final ver2.0
Wooden_Lifeboats_Mod_1.1
Waterstream+Exhaust Combi V2.3 for GWX3
Waterstream+Exhaust Combi - Single Exhaust for TypeII
AChSoundMod_v1.2
WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010
Rbs1_SH4_Effects_GWX_30_71
Rbs10-enhancedoilexplosion
TMTv2+ThomsensShips v4.4 for GWX3+Xtra ships
M.E.P v3
M.E.P v3-Patch
FSF for M.E.P v3-Patch
M.E.Pv3 VisualSensors-GWX3
DD_OH_V3.09_20091209162038
FM_NewInterior_V1.0
hsGUI v3.1 for GWX
Commands_eng
Supplement to V16A3 (JSGME)

Have you noticed something similar? I suspect conflict between graphic system and game setup, but how to fix it?

PS. Problem seems to be solved. Culprit were DD_OH_V3.09_20091209162038 and FM_NewInterior_V1.0. After disabling these two mods everything is OK now. But I don't know why there was a problem with them. There was a problem with interior sound during campaign too - sound was interrupt.

I would get black skies if my Scene.dat didn't have the environmental images it shipped with, and when I got my "new" computer my graphics card was too weak to handle everything so it dumped the sky, the crew, and the sea. I had ships floating in space... :P
Might just be too much awesome for your GPU... try a smaller environment?

I use the same graphics card but have double your RAM but no res fix.

Try performing a 'rollback' with Commander before starting a new career and if that doesn't work try going back to older drivers.

That's all I can suggest I'm afraid.

Good Luck
