Default Mod help..

Hello. After being away from here and submarines for almost a year and a half it was very nice to be back in the U-boat. And what a fantastic job with all the mods thats been made.

I have two question about a couple of mods I am pretty sure I seen here before. #1 was something like improved shadows and #2 was a mod to make the ring-shaped antenna in the front of the CT, rise when at surface and rotate back and forth, or all the way around. Don't remember exactly.

Someone else will have to chime in about the antenna as I'm not sure exactly which mod addresses this, even though I have it on my setup...

Hello again. I have more question, so I post here instead of starting a new one.
#1 I would like to get rid of the tool-tip pop-ups. They pop all the time.

#2 About the engine sound and look. If I stop my boat on the surface the engine, not only stop, but shuts down. I only want the props to stop and let the engine go idle or charge or whatever. Engine shutdown only if I command it or dive. Anyone knows about a mod for that?
OH II have a sound running when just floating around without prop rotation. (not sure if it's OH or some other mod)

Good question. I think there's no mod for idling engine (no engine start/stop for idling). If you press "0" on Your telegraph, the engine really is shutting down, no animation of its idling (no valves moovement), no sound, no fuel consumption. I hope I'm wrong but sure that's just the state of things by now

Any ideas on the D/F anntena?

I had this working (rotating and raised) but I changed the ingredients of my soup, wasn't keen so changed it back again, and now the anntena is in the stowed position!!

Is it on one of TDW's mods?

A start and shutdown feature of each engine would be cool. It would make sense in battery charging when not moving. At least let one engine run. I would never stop any of them if not necessary, like diving or fuel saving.

Anyway. Maybe I heard of it another place. I haven't been here in a year and a half... I missed out on a few things for sure.
