CTD after loading screen

Hey guys I am new here and I wanted to play SH3 again and that is after many years.

So I re installed it under Win 7 64 bit and updated with 1.4b, but after the first loading screen I crashes to desktop.

Any help will be appreciated.

Any mods?

If so, disable them till you find the offender.

If not, you may have a bad install, although I would check the win7 thread.
