Default I GOT IT- BUT I NEED HELP!!

ok, so i get it and go to install it on my mom's laptop to see if it works, and it installs fine, but says that no 3d insitalization...so i go to uninstall the game, and it says that the program uninstalled successfully, but it is still there, in the all programs list and the little shortcut icon is still in the start menu-the one that shows recently used programs.... anyone have a solution to this?
just continue posting or leave me a pm.
happy holidays!!

thanks

Actually, I think this is a question for the general forum.

The mod workshop is... well, a WORKSHOP... and this is not a workshop question.

Mebbe you right. I always regarded this forum as general mod forum as well.

Just think it is no good if main SHIII forum is overwhelmed by mod threads, but that is of cours just my 3ct opinion. Soon main forum will have mostly modding related questions, so it starts getting very confusing.

And this would also ean that general mod (non workshop related) Q should be moved from Mod workshp to main SHIII forum, wow, getting more complicated by the minute

Won't it be more simple and logical to just have all mod related threads in here ? So when you have a mod Q, there is just one place you have to go.

Oh my, a forum member that suddenly refuses to comment or express an opinion, or does not have an opinion on my questions. What has this world come to

Gizzmoe has repetitively spanked me for expressing my opinions... I am fearful now.

But if you say so...

Just put all mod threads in here. Hopefully the workshop boards doesn't get too over-spammed...

There's a heck of a lot of mods out there, but there's only three real mods that you need...

1) JSGME to install your mods.
2) Either RUb or IUB will do you good.
3) SH3 Commander to have an enriched career mode.

4) There are a million and one graphic mods out there. Too many to list, but many of them are great! PS - try mine.

5) Anything goes. Mod to your heart's content.

*Ahem*! Don´t break the forum rules, then I don´t need to spank...

By the way, this is a general mods forum, "Mods Workshop" is just a name. Neal has confirmed a while ago that this forum is the right place for any mod-related topic, be it mod announcements, technical discussions, mod support questions and so on. This doesn´t of course mean that we have to move everything, but at least we know that it isn´t the wrong place when we do.
