Have you ever gotten tired of those Japanese planes? Have you complained that you can't shoot them down? Well, this is the mod for you. It includes the 40mm twin that I found in the weapons UPC so I modified it and here we are. It also includes a little extra for the 50. cal lovers. This will appear at the same time the normal 40mm appears.

I normally play single missions.

I tried Gato "45 and it had twin 40mm.

What other year(s) and in what other subs will this mod show?

Most likely in in 1943 onwards and all subs with late war tower except s-class. It also include the 50.cal

Did some more testing of the twin 40 mod. I tested Balao and Gato 1944 and did not see the twin 40 mm installed fore and aft.

I tested with the mod activated and deactivated on the Gato...the GATO only had a 40mm installed in the fore AA mount.

It seems that the mod is not working as advertised.

Does anyone else have the same experience?

You have to install it on the weapons screen before a mission the one that has all the upgrades like radar it is called 40mm twin.

It will be in the upgrades screen in 1943 onwards.
