Default SH3 Mission Editor, Need help to make axis Units get uw

Hi all

Working on a S-boat Mission. Exercise Tiger, I have set up all the Allied, they work,
I set up the 4 S-boat teams, assigned them their guide, set the course ar 330 and the speed at 13 for each boat , their waypoints and the guide,
The Message to start triggers correctly, and it passes mission validation,
but then i game, the Axis assets just sit there, while the allied vessels steam by.
How can I (A) get them to move, (b) attack.
I am using SHIII Basic, with only the Type IIA as the S-boat. No Gwx add ons, (Yet)

Also,, is there a replacement S-boat for the Stock game boat? it is so far off and inaccurate. Also looking for a MGB vise a MTB for a Brit Patrol line, that was off Cherborg.
