That's doing it the hard way. www.photobucket.com has a very easy tutorial, resizes the picture automatically, lets you resize it even more if you like, converts it to jpeg automatically and has a single-click function for copying the picture and then just paste it to your post. I can upload a screenshot in less than a minute from the time I take it. For outside pictures I want to post it's just as easy.
