Greetings, since some members would like to withdraw from the EU, I hereby present you with a reasonable alternative, since 1999 Hugo Chavez added to the constitution of the Bolivarian Republic (Venezuela) the possibility of voluntarily annexing foreign countries. Would you join?

Let me say this, while I despise the comments that the evangelical zealot Pat Roberts made saying that the United States should assasinate Hugo Chavez and I despise the Bush administration even more, I really think that with all of his provocative actions that Chavez is cruisin' for a bruisin' from the U.S. In my opinion he can take his "Revolution" and... well you get the idea.
