WAZOO'S PLOTTING TOOLS

Looking thru an assortment of mods following IUB 1.02 and SH Commander 2.2...I see a whole bunch of goodies generated by Wazoo which appear (thru the tutorial) to provide a lot of plotting tools (eg, protractor, range mod, etc) directly on the NAV or TDC screens that do not appear in the IUB/Commander mods. I have tried to install with no joy. Am I missing something...or am I dreaming? Or are their incompatibilities?
