hello i am a new user here i downloaded silent hunter 4 and saw the mod for the red october and i downloaded the link however i can not get it to work on the game i really need help as i do not know if i even installed the mod correctly

There should be a specific thread about that mod in the SH4 mods forum. It probably answers your question already.
