The i-e rule always has messed with me: achieve, perceive, decieve, receive, etc.

Armor, theater, harbor, etc... For some reason I use the British spelling all the time, except when I don't.

Nothing else comes to mind at the moment, but I know there are other words I consistently fail to spell corekly.

Ocassion is the one I always have to go to Dictionary.com to get right.

And yes, it's wrong here.

I used to think I make horrible spelling mistakes in English. I used to think spelling English is difficult. Then I started studying Russian...

That being said, I never know if it's "worshipping" or "worshiping". And bunch of others. I get the "its" and "it's" wrong all the time, so the sentences don't make any sense. And then there is the "huh? What do you mean I spell this word wrong? I have spelled it like this for ten years" category.

Expecting the spelling mistakes in this post to get pointed out in 3...2...1...

Saw my mate outside the Doctor's today looking really worried.
"What's the matter?" I asked.
"I've got the big C,"he said.
"What, cancer?"
"No, dyslexia."

I used to have a few problems with Transdneister...but then I had to write it...a lot and now I don't have any problems with it. The capital of Tuva still gives me problems, Kzyrl or Kyzyl or something like that.
Otherwise there's a few words I spell wrong but Firefox gives me a red squiggly line and I amend them, or tell Firefox to stop being so bloody American.

Pronunciation is another fun game, on the old BF1942 mod DCX there was a map called "Pacific Threat" which was real fun, had an Akula and a 688 in it, but can I saw Pacific Threat? In the end me and Nagy wound up calling it "Specific Threat" because of my absolute inability to say Pacific.

Heh...

When I was a little kid, I had trouble saying the 'tr' sound... it always came out sounding like 'f'

Soooo... Mom and I are in a busy grocery one day... a delivery truck pulls up... I scream out "Mommy! Look at the Big TRuck!"

You can imagine her embarrassment
