Default You know you are playing to much SH when...

I can tell that I am starting to catch on to a lot of the concepts presented in the forums.

I find myself estimating AOB and bearing when I am sitting at an intersection now...

When I see a cop with his radar gun on the side of the interstate I rig for silent running....

Bout the 100th time I've done this, but I'll use the same few.

Friday nite and wife walks in wearing a hot nitey telling you it's anything you want night and you tell her it'll have to wait until you sink the Yamato.

Last time I did that, hour later she was asleep.

When you're looking at SS's and you try to push buttons on them.

I see any movie with ships now and i begin formulating solutions.

Battlestations alarms also have a whole new meaning.

Chlorine alarm at a winery near where i work had the same alarm style as the Uboat alarms. I nearly **** myself when they tested it. =D

You know you are playing to much SH when...

... you can find three previous threads of the same thing!

(Really? Only three? I could swear we've done this more often than that.)

If I told my wife to wait until I sank the Yamato it is the same as telling her that I will be gone a month. Now, if I told her I had to sink a fishing boat, I'd be in business. That would only take a week.

...in the game last night, I was waiting for a convoy of IJN ships at the location indicated by intelligence. I shut the game down and went to bed. The convoy did arrive....in my dreams.

Time to give it a rest.

Not a problem. Just whisper in her ear, "Darling, be prepared to man the deck gun just in case the waiter spots something."

When a cop pulls up behind me I hear "High Tension 1-5" background music, then hear "CONTACT, WARSHIP...RADAR DETECTED...We're under attack sir" then my wife riding next to me gives me that look...Oh well...

You know you are playing to much SH when...

...you realise you'll only get four hours sleep before you have to get up to go to work!

And that's if you go to bed then!
