Sh3 Commander Question

Okay as Ive posted before that Ive had problems with SH3 commander not showing the right patrol logs (No cargo, crew lost and such, and yes I have realistic ship names checked and yes I update the personel file first) I decided to try it with a vanilla version of Sh3, so I uninstalled all of my files, reinstalled sh3 then commander and played a career and sunk a few ships, return to base, get into Sh3 Cmdr and voila! (Thanks Sailor Steve for the correction in spelling haha) It shows the cargo, crew lost and such. So then I install Gwx 3 and the GWX 3 Config for commander, sink a ship, update the files and look at the patrol log, and its back to what it was, no cargo or crew lost, just ship names and tons.. So it has to be something with the "GWX Sh3 Cmdr config" files is my guess?

I think I may have gotten a corrupted download, so can anyone point me to a good link to get a uncorrupted one?? I downloaded from the DL section here I believe

GWX .cfg files overwrote the ship names file with a older version, just install Sailor Steve's latest one and you should be good to go.

Ive done that too with no success. Ill try to re do them. Where do I put the files though?? In the Sh3 Commander folder?
